Refund policy

We allow returns for refund only.  For item purchased online, returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact us at ddspreciouspetals@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization.  We will provide a return shipping label free of charge.  Be sure to include the order number and reason for your return.  Please allow 10 days for your refund to be processed once we receive your return.

Final sale items are not eligible for return.

If you receive an item damaged, you must notify by us within 2 days of receipt of your order.  When you email us, please include pictures of the damaged item.  If notification is received after 2 days, no refund will be issued.
